Remove CSRCS.EXE .

Posted by at 5:07 PM Read our previous post
Whenever I boot my windows I used to get a message windows cannot find "csrcs.exe".
CSRCS.EXE is a undescribed program that loads when the system boots
.It is hidden and is able to monitor your system processes and can remotely transfer datas
to external servers through lan or internet. It may even manipulate other programs and
create a backup of it self in case it is identified and exterminated.

How to remove CSRCS.EXE .

1-START-RUN,type there regedit(this will open system registry)
2- ctrl+F
3-Write csrcs(search now)

It'll show you some results, you'll find there "csrcs.exe",just delete it immediately.

Its not over yet, again do the same search you may see "explorer.exe csrcs.exe" , left click then modify and remove the csrcs.exe part(leave the explorer.exe as it is)

There you go congrats you just removed csrcs.exe
Restart your system and see it for yourself

Another solution.

Follow these steps:
1) Backup the registry (Take care on editing registry because you are solely responsible for any disasters)
2) Check out the following path for the entries of csrcs.exe and delete the entries containing csrcs.exe

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentV ersionRun
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVe rsionRunOnce
HKEY_USERS.DEFAULTSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentV ersionRunonce

3) Check out this entry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWinlogon

Here you will find a Key with the name "Shell" Check whether the value of this key is something like "explorer.exe csrcs.exe" If it is so then you need to modify the value by removing "csrcs.exe" alone. Note donot delete the "explorer.exe" or delete the entire key

4) Restart your system
